Shipping policy

Once you purchase the supplies, they will be shipped in the order received and may take up to 1-2 weeks to receive or longer if certain items included in the supplies kit are on backorder. Contact us at mike@vitalcaresupplies.com for status updates if you haven't received the supplies kit within 7 BUSINESS days after placing the order.

If the manual and or supplies arrive damaged, then enrollee is responsible for taking pictures of the item(s) in question in its original form upon receipt and email it to mayur @ ivcompoundingtraining.com and contact Mayur at the same email address before opening a dispute of any kind. If we determine it was our fulfillment personnel or the shipping carriers fault then we will replace the items at no cost to the enrollle.
