Sterile Compounding Certification Mandatory Manual and Training Supplies Purchase Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued for the mandatory training supplies and manual once an order is placed.

• Due to a national shortage, it may take up to 1-3 weeks before you receive your manual & training supplies.
• If the manual and or supplies arrive damaged, then enrollee is responsible for taking pictures of the item(s) in question in its original form upon receipt and email it to mayur @ ivcompoundingtraining.com and contact Mayur at the same email address before opening a dispute of any kind. If we determine it was our fulfillment personnel or the shipping carriers fault then we will replace the items at no cost to the enrollle.
